My family and I lived in the Shuswap most of our lives, and, in the fall of 2012 we moved to the Quesnel area. We've always loved the Cariboo, the wilderness, camping, and scenery. Wanting to be closer to family, we took the plunge and moved!
We first lived out in Baker Creek at first, 40 minutes outside Quesnel, enjoying the nature, animal sightings, and peace of the area.
In 2016 we moved a little closer to town, buying a little place out in the west side, but still far enough out to enjoy the many animal & bird sightings.
Of course I spend a lot of time on the computer, but I also enjoy many activities that will let me shut my brain down and unplug for a while. Such as board games, crocheting, gardening & camping. If you follow me on social media you may see some of the pictures I take during these hobbies, as well as informative computer or internet related articles.
